Fairly nice overall experience. The hotel with cheap and perfectly clean rooms, in a good area, near stores and restaurants.

Only stayed 1 night, as we were in a hurry, but glad that chose this nicely appointed and nice hotel. In overall the room was cheap and exceptionally comfortable and with double beds. This venue had a secluded position close to restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and location of the hotel, and will be back.

Nicely appointed hotel in Newburgh with outstandingly accommodating staff at the receptionist. Good and excellent location of the venue, close enough to the Stewart International Airport, and stores and restaurants.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and fresh linens. The location was convenient, as it was close to several restaurants and shopping centers. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with directions and recommendations for local attractions.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. The hotel was in need of some renovations, as there were visible signs of wear and tear throughout the property.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite. I first was placed in a room that had 2 beds and a connection to another room that had only a table and 2 chairs. Carpet was loose and one bathroom had a temporary wall blocking the bathtub. Upon my complaint, they moved me to a 1 bedroom suite which was nice.

The breakfast lady was friendly and accommodating, ensuring guests had a pleasant dining experience. However, additional yogurt options would be appreciated. The hotel's proximity to Stewart International Airport was convenient.

Were not ready for us when we arrived. Came back at 4pm, the room they chose for us had not been cleaned or made, had too be assigned another. Both ice machines were out of order. Lawn had not been mowed. Asked for a wake up call, but did not receive it. Over all, it appears management is content to run this place into the ground.

Appreciated cheap and amazingly comfortable king room with 2 beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location in a great area was marvellous. The hotel was placed 0.5 miles away from the airport.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Newburgh for a quick overnight trip. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the lovely view from my room. I also want to mention the amazing front desk staff. Even though I arrived late at night, they were still friendly and attentive, and the woman with dark hair and glasses who greeted me made a great first impression.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival, we knew right away from the grounds that this hotel was not well organized. The desk clerk was very nice, but we had to listen to an argument with a staff person the the phone. Then the machine that was to imprint our key didn't work. The room was clean and neat but outdated few amenities (not even tissues). When we returned to the hotel to sleep, there was music playing to loudly in the restaurant - a techno band - it was horrible and they did not stop until 2 am - so we got very little sleep. Did not got to breakfast - couldn't wait to get out of there.
