I booked a 2 bedroom suite. I first was placed in a room that had 2 beds and a connection to another room that had only a table and 2 chairs. Carpet was loose and one bathroom had a temporary wall blocking the bathtub. Upon my complaint, they moved me to a 1 bedroom suite which was nice.
super friendly an dhelpfull staff!!!
hallway carpets ned vacume and cleaning on a more regular basis.its your first impression before getting to your room.
Upon arrival, we knew right away from the grounds that this hotel was not well organized. The desk clerk was very nice, but we had to listen to an argument with a staff person the the phone. Then the machine that was to imprint our key didn't work. The room was clean and neat but outdated few amenities (not even tissues). When we returned to the hotel to sleep, there was music playing to loudly in the restaurant - a techno band - it was horrible and they did not stop until 2 am - so we got very little sleep. Did not got to breakfast - couldn't wait to get out of there.
Were not ready for us when we arrived. Came back at 4pm, the room they chose for us had not been cleaned or made, had too be assigned another. Both ice machines were out of order. Lawn had not been mowed. Asked for a wake up call, but did not receive it. Over all, it appears management is content to run this place into the ground.
Very noisy all night could not sleep, phone did not work, band was very loud, people yelling out side court yard after 1100 at night, handicap parking full but no handicap tags displayed. Shower nozzle let very little water out. Told free breakfast when booking. Had to pay 3.00 each to eat.
Although not a grand place, met our basic needs at a very reasonable price - and was located just right for our travel needs through the area
The room had mold on the walls...the carpet was damp and musty..the bathroom had hair in the tub and on the walls and shower curtain. I would never recommend this to anyone. My expectations were not high due to the cost, but it was worse than any place I've ever seen.
They were in the middle of renovations and it was not a nice place, therefore the price! I should have known! I learned a lesson!
The set up is bad. All guests have to walk by the rooms and we were there on a night of a wedding and the guests were VERY loud and obnoxious and rude.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and close to shopping and restaurants. We got a great deal through Booked.net.
This place has the potential to be a beautiful, successful business but is rundown. Noonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.
Easy to locate from major highway, and low cost. And regarding Booked.net I was delighted to discover that after initially making my reservation for one person alone I was able through them to change to a room with two beds with difficulty and with no extra charge.
It was everything much better that what we expected after reading the opinion on booking!
Good and rich breakfast but some fruit and yogurt would be apreciated!
Location very convenient to our destination. Staff polite & friendly. Room very clean with plenty of towels too. Would definately recommend this hotel to others, & would not hesitate to stay again should the opportunity arise!
The only problem was that the first 2 key cards would not open the door. My husband went to the desk for a new set...but that set wouldn't work either! The staff was very concerned, apologetic, & at that point gave us another room in same location. Perhaps the lock was broken? I'm sure it was reported to the maintainence dept. That was the only problem... & after the 2nd set wouldn't work either, we all actually had a good laugh about it!
rooms in desperate need of refurbishment restaurant advertised as staying open until 10 but had shut long before and staff failed to inform us. couldn't wait to leave
